    How can I pay for my Sonicare toothbrush subscription?

    We accept major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can find out which cards are accepted during checkout.

    When can I expect my Philips Sonicare Starter Kit to be delivered?

    Your Sonicare Starter Kit will be delivered in approximately 5 - 8 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.

    Where do I check and update my personal information?

      Contact us for any other questions or concerns.

    How do I update my payment method?

    What happens to my subscription after the minimum term?

    Your subscription for brush heads will continue even after the minimum term (example: 12 months) has finished for the Philips Sonicare Starter Kit package. You must cancel the subscription if you no longer wish to continue.
     

    To cancel your subscription:

    1. Log into your account
    2. Click “Cancel my subscription’’ and follow the steps

    What happens if I need a brush head delivered before my next replenishment cycle?

    What happens if I need to postpone my next brush head shipment?

    What if I have any issues or questions about my Philips Sonicare product while I’m still paying for it?

    Your Philips Sonicare toothbrush handles comes with a 2-year warranty as soon as you start your subscription.  If you find any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship within your subscription period, we will replace the Philips Sonicare toothbrush handle free of charge.

    How do I cancel my subscription? And what happens?

    You can cancel your subscription via your MyAccount at any time.  Check here for the details.

    1. Log into your MyAccount.
    2. Go to the active subscription you want to cancel.
    3. Click on ‘Subscription details’ for the active subscription you wish to cancel.
    4. Click on Change subscription.
      Choose ‘Cancel.’ Your cancellation options will appear. These will depend on how long you’ve had your Sonicare toothbrush handle and if you have made enough payments to own it outright.

    What happens if I cancel my subscription before the 90-day period has ended?

    Within the first 90 days of your subscription, you can return your product for a full refund.

    You must cancel your subscription to start this process:

    1. Log into your account 
    2. Click “Cancel my subscription’’ and follow the steps

    You will receive instructions by email on how to return your product free of charge.

    What happens if I cancel my subscription after the 90-day period has ended?

    If you cancel your subscription after the 90-day period, one of the following situations can apply:

    • If you have paid for the product in full (starter kit and brush heads), you can cancel your subscription so that new brush heads are no longer delivered and you will not be charged further.
    • If you have not paid for the product in full, you will have to pay for all the products you have received before cancellation.

     

    To cancel your subscription, perform the following actions:

    1. Log into your account 
    2. Click “Cancel my subscription’’ and follow the steps

     

    You will receive instructions by email on how to return your product free of charge. The cancellation process can differ based on how long you have had your Philips Sonicare Toothbrush handle

    What happens if I miss a payment?

    If you fail to make payments for 2 consecutive months, we will send you a notice of default. You must pay any outstanding balance immediately*.
     

    In the event of a failed payment and notice of default, you can use this link to pay the balance payment or log onto the My Account Page and utilize the payment button. Until you make this payment, your subscription will be paused.
