Is the Philips GoZero Smart bottle safe to use?

When the bottle is unscrewed under the purification process, the UV-C LED purification cycle will be automatically terminated, and the light ring on the cap will flash in orange for safety alerting.  One should never place the activated UV-C LED in direct contact with the skin or eyes.
