You cannot return your breast pump once the seal of the package is broken. Personal, single-use medical products, such as breast pumps, cannot be returned.
The warranty for Avent electric breast pumps is valid for two years after purchase. Replacement pumps and or parts will be expedited within the warranty period.

If you must return your device, returned devices must be in their original packaging, and the seal must not be broken. Return requests will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds for faulty products may be honored on a case-by-case basis.
