Disappointed
If I could, I would go back to using the Sonicare Flex Care and not have spent the extra money on purchasing a Diamond Clean. The brush heads that come with the Diamond Clean are quite bulky. The overall power of the toothbrush seems to have changed. I have used a Flex Care for the last 10yrs...the same one...and it definitely felt like it was working much better at cleaning than the Diamond Clean has since getting it. The sonic technology seems to be significantly reduced in comparison. Another feature that I don't particularly like is the pressure sensor. I am not an aggressive brusher but the sensor feels like it is set to be too sensitive and is activated quite easily with a minimal amount of pressure. This feature should have a on/off option. I am a Dental Hygienist and am NOT recommending this particular model to any of my patients now that I have tried it for myself.

Very Disappointed
After spending a lot of money again. I have issues with this Diamond clean smart toothbrush. Once you place the brush against your teeth the agitator stops and I am not speaking about a hard pressure. Its a problem .

Its a lot of money for a design problem.
