Hi-Res Audio wireless over-ear headphone

The most difficult thing is trying to switch from one device to another. The Bluetooth pairing is quirky. Also, after 2 weeks, I am still not sure when noice cancelling is engaged or not. Yes, I hear a difference, but when I play music, it seems to cancel the noise reduction!!

Great sounds quality, and I enjoy the wired/wireless combo. Only complaints at first we're the 2.5mm nonstandard jack and the somewhat finicky touch controls. That is, until the headphones died in 6 months. These are fragile! In those 6 months, they were dropped twice from hip height and worn in the Seattle drizzle, and that was apparently enough to do them in.

I am an adult who uses these for work and gaming purposes at home. The sound quality and noise canceling features are great! But... 1. The build quality is terrible, the padding on the headband started breaking free of the housing after one month of lite use. 2. I have small ears, and the earpieces don't fully cover my ears and cause pain after a couple hours of use. 3. The headset is so tight on my head, it starts being painful after an hour of wearing them. 4. These cannot be used in wired mode, so they can't be charged while in use. 5. The controls are not well explained in the manual and can be very finicky. Also, the single control button is a nightmare.

I use this product around the house to listen to music and watch TV shows without disturbing my wife. Despite light usage, the plastic around the hinges began to crack within months. Simply putting the headphones on my head was apparently too much for them. The headphones stopped working all together within a year and no longer play sound.

The headphones sound well enough, but the plastic cracked so easily and something's rattling around in the right cup. Add to that the fact that finding a way to claim your warranty on the website is so hard, and it's easily a 1 star review.
