Below you will find important information regarding the service of your devices.
Warranty: If your device is within the Manufacturing Warranty period, any items covered by the Warranty will be serviced or replaced at no charge and returned to the shipping address you provide on the "Request for Service" form. Please Note: Preventative Maintenance and Battery Changes are not covered by the Manufacturing Warranty.
Non-Warranty: If your device is not covered under the Manufacturing Warranty period our technicians will evaluate your device and provide a service estimate to you. Once Philips Respironics has confirmed payment details and your acceptance of the estimate our service department will complete the repair or service and return the device to the shipping address you provide on the "Request for Service" form.
