Philips Sonicare toothbrushes are garbage
After owning 5 Philips Sonicare toothbrushes, here is my review: Toothbrush 1: was excellent - lasted almost 10 years. When it died it was a deserved retirement. Toothbrush 2: worked well for 1.5 yrs - died after it fell on the floor. I didn't realize I can file under warranty, so replaced with Toothbrush 3 purchase. Toothbrush 3: purchased, worked okayish for 2 yrs and a few months. I was venting how a 2nd Sonicare Diamondhead dies so quickly so parents bought me a replacement. Toothbrush 4: never worked great, but I didn't return because did not want to bother parents. Stopped pulsating at 2 yrs and a few months. I reached out to Philips, b/c surely after owning 4, they would extend the warrant, right? Nope, they offered a "free brushhead" with purchase of new Sonicare. Wow. Just wow. In summary, this is a garbage product that Philips does not stand buy and their customer service is crap. I switched to Oral B.
