Financial Support Requests

This application is to be used by organizations seeking funding for medical education or CME grants related to the Philips Image Guided Therapy mission. Philips proudly supports medical education related to minimally invasive procedures resulting the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease, eradication of unnecessary amputation, identification of infection in patients with implanted cardiac devices and the management of cardiac leads. Please submit your application for funding at least 45 days prior to the beginning of your program to allow our review committee sufficient time to process your request.
