    Why can I not watch content in Crackle?

    We are aware of this issue and we are working with the developers to resolve this issue and provide an automatic software update to resume Crackle content playback. We apologize for the delay; however, we anticipate that the Crackle app will be automatically updated on to your TV by mid-July.
