Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart 9300Rechargeable Toothbrush

Broke really fast! The brush stopped working they recommended I cleaned it which I had already done. Still unable to charge. Waste of $300!

I have used a different Sonicare toothbrush model for about five years and decided to upgrade to the #9300 Diamond Clean model. I am very pleased and wish I had upgraded sooner! This Sonicare Model 9300 with the accompanying App work very well together. Through the App, I have been able to correct many of my old brushing habits where I was not brushing my teeth properly and holding my toothbrush correctly. The App and Sonicare working together is Amaxing! I highly recommend the Model 9300 Diamond Clean!

I wrote a review earlier after experiencing a quality control issue with this toothbrush. The metal rod, to which the brush attaches to the handle, had become very loose to the point where the toothbrush was barely usable. Years ago, a top business executive once told me that the company for which I worked at the time would, at some point, mess up, because it happens to all companies. What mattered to him was how the company would respond when it happened. I mention this because Philips went over and above to resolve my problem, acting promptly in a way that was both fair and generous. In fairness to them, it's only right that I recognize such wonderful customer customer by posting a second review, this time awarding five stars. They deserve it.

It has been great in cleaning my teeth, whitening my teeth and also overall health of my teeth. Well worth the money for the device
