    My other apps are working but I cannot connect to MediaConnect

    The apps on the Television are built in but Mediaconnect works o your PC and must be setup properly on the PC to connect to the TV.

    It is common for MediaConnect software to be blocked by firewall or antivirus software.

    Please contact the firewall software company. You need to allow the MediaConnect software full access to the computer.
