    Airfryer
    Fish

    Ingredients

    • 9 fresh lasagna sheets
    • 400 g salmon
    • 400 g cod fillets
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • 100 ml white wine
    • 200 ml cream
    • 200 ml milk
    • 1 small broccoli
    • 1 shallot
    • 10 g cornstarch
    • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
    • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
    • Grated cheese
    • Imitation caviar (optional)

    Instructions

    • Finely chop the broccoli, shallot, parsley and chives.
    • In a pan, bring the cream, milk, wine and cornstarch to the boil then add the chopped shallot, parsley and chives. As the sauce starts to bind, add the lime juice and season to taste with pepper, salt or some fish bouillon powder.
    • Take an oven dish that fits in the Airfryer and begin building the lasagna. Start with some sauce and a first layer of lasagna sheets. Put the sliced broccoli on the first layer and cover with another layer of lasagna sheets. Place the salmon on top, cover with a new layer and put the cod on top. Finish with a layer of sauce and grated cheese. Heat the Airfryer to 150 degrees and bake the lasagna for 45 minutes.
    • Spoon the lasagna onto a plate and garnish with the imitation caviar. Crisped salmon is another nice garnish. I make this by rolling up and freezing a slice of smoked salmon then grating it fine. Leave to dry in the oven on some parchment paper and you'll have a wonderful topping.
