    Steak, Snapper and Veggie Taco Trio with Avocado Salsa

    There’s something for everyone with this taco trio. Enjoy tacos with juicy steak, crispy fish, or fresh veggies in the Airfryer XXL. Pair with fresh homemade avocado salsa made easy in the Multi Chopper.

    Servings 6 (12 Snapper and Veggie Tacos), Preparation time 10 minutes for Tacos, 5 minutes for Avocado Salsa, Cooking time: 10 minutes (Steak Tacos) 12 minutes (Snapper and Veggie Tacos)


    • Snapper and Veggie Tacos
    • 1 lb of Red Snapper
    • 1 tsp of Old Bay seasoning
    • 3 tbsp thick Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
    • ½ cup shredded red cabbage
    • 1 cooked corn cob, sliced into thirds
    • 2 large zucchinis cut lengthwise, halved, then into quarters
    • 1 red onion cut into quarters
    • 4 carrot sticks, cut lengthwise, halved, then into quarters
    • 1 cup of red pepper strips
    • 1 cup of diced butternut squash
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste
    • ¼ cup of chopped cilantro
    • 6 corn tortillas
    • Steak Tacos
    • 1lb of skirt steak
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ¼ tsp pepper
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • 3 tbsp sour cream
    • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
    • ¾ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    • 6 corn tortillas
    • Avocado Salsa
    • 1 avocado
    • 1 large tomato
    • ½ white onion
    • ¼ tsp kosher salt
    • Fresh lime juice


    • Snapper and Veggie Tacos
    • 1. Brush all cut veggies with a little olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place into Airfryer XXL.
    • 2. Season Snapper with Old Bay. Place double rack (sold separately) on top of veggies and put snapper filet on top.
    • 3. Set temperature for 400 and cook for 10 minutes.
    • 4. After 10 minutes remove the fish and cook veggies for another 5 minutes.
    • 5. Smear tortillas with Non-Fat Greek Yogurt and places shredded red cabbage on 6 of them.
    • 6. Cut fish into strips and place on top of tacos with red cabbage then top with cilantro and Avocado Salsa.
    • 7. Dump veggies from Airfryer onto cutting board and cut roasted corn off of the cob. Chop up red onion and any larger vegetable pieces that will not fit in the tortillas. Mix them all together in a bowl.
    • 8. Serve with warm tortillas, salsa and chopped cilantro.
    • Steak Tacos
    • 1. Season both sides of steak with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    • 2. Cook in airfryer XXL at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
    • 3. Smear each tortilla with sour cream and top with shredded red cabbage.
    • 4. Slice skirt steak and place 2-3 slices in tortilla on top of cabbage.
    • 5. Top with Monterey Jack cheese and enjoy.
    • Avocado Salsa
    • 1. Cut the avocado, white onion and tomato into large 2 inch pieces.
    • 2. Place the pieces in the Philips Multi Chopper. Squeeze half of a fresh lime on top.
    • 3. Process the vegetables and pour into a bowl. Mix in the salt.
