Ingredients

  • 7 sheets puff pastry
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) goats‘ cheese
  • Dried oregano
  • Olive oil
  • 7 oz Greek yogurt 0% fat
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 6 fresh figs

Instructions

  • Take a loose-bottomed tin of approximately 8.6 inches in diameter. This fits snugly in your Airfryer (using the Grill Pan accessory). Place a sheet of parchment paper in the tin and place the puff pastry slices on top. They can hang over the edge a little.
  • Mix the Greek yogurt with the honey and salt and pepper. Spread this mixture on the puff pastry. Cut the goats' cheese into thin slices and place on top of the yogurt mixture. Sprinkle with some dried oregano.
  • Cut the figs into nice thin slices and place on the tart. Bake for 20 minutes at 340°F degrees. Serve the tart lukewarm. Tasty with some extra honey!
