The pod holder of your SENSEO® coffee machine might be clogged. Try using a different pod holder that came with your SENSEO®. Is the issue at the pod holder? Follow these instructions to clean the pod holder.
- Clean the pod holder using the dishwasher or use a brush to clean the pod holder (see image below)
- Place the pod holder back in the coffee machine
Did this not solve the issue? Try descaling the pod holder.
- Put a teaspoon of descaler powder on the pod holder
- Make a double coffee without using coffee pods
- Repeat steps if needed
Did none of these steps solve the issue? Order a new pod holder at the Philips Online store
