My Philips Sonicare App crashes during use


It can happen that the Philips Sonicare App unexpectedly closes or crashes during use. Find out how to solve this issue yourself.

Sonicare App not updated

Always make sure that you have the latest version of the Sonicare App installed on your smartphone. Updates may include crash and bug fixes. Go to the App Store or Google Play Store to install the latest version of the Sonicare App and try again.

Smartphone operating system not updated

We support below smartphones and operating systems. Check to see if you have the latest operating system running on your smartphone.

Android smartphones that run on Android 6.0 and higher

iPhones that run on iOS 11.0 and higher on the latest app version 6.4.1 (July 2019)
