The battery of the Portable Media Center may be empty
- Recharge the Portable Media Center with the AC/DC adapter connected to a power outlet
You may not have held the Power On/Off button long enough
- Press and hold the Power On/Off button until the display turns on (approx. 3 seconds)
If nothing works, try doing a soft reset
- Insert a small pin or other sharp object gently into the reset hole located on the back of the player covered by the retractable stand
- Hold for 3 sec and release, the unit should restart automatically
