    My SmartSleep does not work

    If your SmartSleep does not work, there might be a simple solution. Discover in the following lines how to mend it yourself.

    Your SmartSleep is not turned on

    Turn the SmartSleep on.

    Your SmartSleep is not seated correctly

    Solution 1. When wearing the device check to see if you get the “happy tone” indicating that the device is seated correctly for use.

    Instructions for correct placement:

    • the front sensor is in the middle of your forehead;
    • the strap is tightened correctly
    • the sensor behind your ear is seated correctly and you will get the happy tone.

    Solution 2. Check if your SmartSleep is displaying your Sleep Boost number or number of tones in your app the next morning.
