    Why do I see an error message when I try to access Netflix content?

    If you encounter an error code UI-800-3 or an error code TVQ-PM-100 when you attempt to access Netflix on your Philips television, we apologize. There was a minor technical issue that has been addressed with a firmware update. Please update your firmware to the latest version to resolve this error.
