    What is the optimal wearing position of the watch?

    Always wear the Philips health watch on the outside of your wrist, in direct contact with your skin. Make sure the watch is not on your wrist bone. The straps need to be tight, but comfortable, around your wrist to ensure a correct heart rate measurement. If you feel any discomfort due to the straps, loosen the straps and give your skin a rest by not wearing the device for a short period of time. If you feel discomfort after a short period of rest, remove the device and consult Philips Consumer Care and/or your doctor.

    Please check, and if necessary, change the setting 'wear side' and 'handedness' in the Philips HealthSuite health app to indicate if you are left - or right handed and the side that you wear your watch on.
