If you cannot find the pictures you transferred to your player, check the following:
- You may have disconnected your device too soon after the picture transfer finished in Windows Media Player. Always wait for the message “Ok to disconnect” on the device screen before unplugging your device from the PC.
- Your pictures may not be in JPEG format. Pictures in other formats cannot be transferred to your player.
- There is a limit to the number of characters allowed in the name of a folder. More than 128 characters are not supported, so check and rename the folder, if necessary. Then try transferring the picture again with Windows Media Player.
