• By leaving personal details as requested you are registering
• The sweepstakes is only open for Registered Dental Hyienist
• Participation only for participants of 18 years and older
• Participants can only participant once
  
• The voucher/ coupon is not an entry ticket to the overall event
  
• It is not allowed to forward the voucher/ coupon
• The voucher/ coupon is bound to an individual and the individual must be able to provide ID when requested
• Philips has the right to refuse participants

• Decision is definitive
  
• Participation only valid during the event (June 23-25, 2016)
