Scan the QR code you are shown at your dental practice with your smartphone, then sign up to receive an automated text message with a link to the Philips patient ordering website. You can use this link to view your dental professional recommended products and order them directly from the Philips website.

How can I pay for the Philips Oral care products recommended by my dental professional?

You can choose to pay in two ways during checkout

  1. One-time payment
  2. Monthly subscription
    Philips accepts major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can find out which cards are accepted during checkout.

What if I don’t want to subscribe?

You don’t have to subscribe if you don’t want to. You can choose a 1-time payment option during check out and buy the products upfront. Note that if you do subscribe to a Philips Sonicare electric toothbrush, you get a premium brush head delivered to you automatically every 3 months. You also receive up to 30% savings on brush heads.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Once you place the order via the Philips ordering website, your order will be delivered in approximately 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Yes, all shipping is free when you place an order through the link shared by your dental office. If you subscribe, new brush heads will automatically be delivered to you every 3 months.

Can I change or cancel the order?

If your order has not shipped yet, you can contact us to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund.

Your Philips Sonicare toothbrush handles comes with a 2-year warranty as soon as you start your subscription.  If you find any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship within your subscription period, we will replace the Philips Sonicare toothbrush handle free of charge.

If you have not paid for the product in full, you will have to pay for all the products you have received before cancellation.

If you fail to make payments for 2 consecutive months, we will send you a notice of default. You must pay any outstanding balance immediately*.

In the event of a failed payment and notice of default, you can use this link to pay the balance payment or log onto the My Account Page and utilize the payment button. Until you make this payment, your subscription will be paused.
