    Sonicare accepts all major credit cards. You will be able to review your payment options at checkout.
    When will I receive my Sonicare?
    Average delivery time for your Sonicare Subscription package is 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a Track & Trace number when your package has been shipped. 
    How often are my Sonicare brush heads delivered?
    As part of your subscription plan, you will receive a new brush head every 3 months.
    How do I cancel my Sonicare Brush Head Subscription? And what happens?
    You can cancel your Sonicare Brush Head Subscription at any time in your subscription account.  To cancel a shipment, you must cancel 2 days prior to your next payment date. 
    What if my Sonicare Brush Head breaks during the subscription term?

    Can I return my Sonicare brush head?
    Returns of unopened brush head package will be accepted within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product cost, minus any discount applied at the time of purchase.
    How do I update my information?
    You can update your information at anytime in your subscription account.
    What happens if I miss a subscription payment?

    In the event of a failed payment, a notice of default will be sent to your email address, providing a link to update your information and complete payment. 

     

    Until payment is made, shipments will be paused.
