    How to adjust the monitor's height?

    Our arm is designed & integrated with metal-spring system. Once you installed the monitor onto the arm, the moinitor should be freely move-up or down. The spring-metal provide inside will ease the tension on the monitor weight so you can lift freely.

    Can I mount this arm onto a wall?

    Sorry, this is a desk-mount product, not for wall-mounting.

    How heavy can the monitor arm hold?

    Weight is sustainable between 3-7km and most monitors with size between 19-27inces are in the range. Please check ur monitor weight (remove the original base) to ensure meeting our spec before purchasing our product.

    What if after installation, my monitor does not stay in one place?

    Due to different monitor has different weight, it is possible that your moniotor is outside the range of our standard 3-7kg. If in the case, your monitor meet the spec range and still can not steady moving up and down. Please call our service hotline: 400-188-0088.

    How thick does my desk should be in order to clamp the arm?

    Our arm support desk thickness from 1-7cm. Maximum is 7cm.

    What is the arm made of? what's the overall endurace weight?

    Our product is made of a combination of pure alumini, metal, and alloy-alluminium, with minimum plastic parts. The long bar can sustain side impact up to 20-30kg.

    What if I did not receive the accessory package in the box?

    Please contact customer service direct, and provide your purchasing info, we will be glad to send you the missing accessory tool bag.

    Does this arm has desk-mount protection after mounted a period of time?

    The arm base has enclosed a 2mm rubber foam designed for the protection of ur desk for clamping long period of time. The arm will not generate harm to your desk surface or leave any permanent mark point.

    What if I can't tilt up and down my monitor?

    There is a hindge behind the semi-circle plastic near the vesa metal square head. Simply remove the white-plastic by hand, and use the screw driver provided in the tool bag to tighten or loosen the arm head which will smooth out the monitor tilting more soft or hardness.

    I feel the monitor shifting become very ease and light weight. Is it normal?

    Yes, it is normal to feel light. Our metal-spring intergraed inside has forces to help you lifting moitor with an ease. Due to different monintor has different weight, you might expereince different weight lifting, but it is normal and it is safe in which arm will not drop on to your desk at any circumstance.

    What is the horizonal extension of upper arm distance?

    The longest distance arm can be extended from the wall to the center desk is 31.5cm, and the lowest point (closer to wall, and turn VESA head side position) is 5cm.

    What is the total weight of the monitor arm?

    What is the dynamic shifting distance of this arm?

    The dynamic shifting distance is 17.5cm

    What's the little hole at the base of the upper arm for?

    The hole is actually a screw-in area provided for securing arm base and the clamp metal part together. Please remember to take out the screw and tighten it after you fully completed installed your moitor. At normal circustance, it will not have impact even if you forgot to screwtighten this area. However, we do not recommend.
