If your Philips Head Pro is not charging, the troubleshooting tips below may help you find a solution.
We recommend you follow the steps in the order listed below. In between steps, check to see if the issue is resolved before moving to the next.
My Philips Head Pro is not charging
1. The electric socket is not working.
Check the electric socket where you have plugged in your charger to see if it is working. You can also try plugging in a different device to make sure the power outlet is working.
2. Using a different charger.
Make sure that you are using the original Philips Charger and charging cable or USB cable that is recommend or that came with your Head Pro.
You should also check if the shape of the charging plug allows it to fit in the device completely. Do not force it in, as that may damage the device.
If you do not have the original charger, cable, or USB cable anymore, you can buy a new one from our online shop. If your product comes with a USB cable, we recommend connect the USB cable to an IPX-4 USB wall adapter. If you don't have IPX-4 adapter, you can purchase it via Philips Parts and Accessories online shop or by contacting Consumer Support.
Safely charge your device in dry conditions by using the original cable, undamaged, do not leave the product unattended and unplug after charging.
3. Head Pro is dirty.
Your Head Pro requires regular cleaning to function properly. Hair or debris can get stuck in the device and affect its performance.

Are you still having issues with your Head Pro?
If none of these tips help, your Head Pro may be damaged internally. We recommend that you request a repair or exchange for your product.
