My brush head is difficult to attach or remove.

If you find that your brush head is hard to attach to the toothbrush handle or remove the brush head from the handle, try these tips:

  • For attaching, be sure the front of the brush head is aligned with the front of the toothbrush handle.
  • If you still have difficulty attaching or removing the brush head, please contact us.
