Try making this Pão de queijo for a party. These Brazilian cheese rolls are made from tapioca flour. Try experimenting with some garlic, chili or ham pieces.
Ingredients
- 500 g tapioca flour
- 150 g milk
- 100 g Canola or sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 250 g strong grated cheese
Instructions
- Put the milk, cheese, oil, and eggs in a pan and bring to just below boiling point (not boiling), stirring constantly. Mix the salt with the tapioca flour, then add the warm mixture to the flour. Knead into a dough by hand or use your Philips food processor. Make small balls of the dough and bake them in your Airfryer at 160 degrees for 13 minutes.
- Use the grill pan accessory so that the balls do not stick to the basket.
