    Flavorful Beet Chips

    Enjoy a healthier version of the traditional potato chip with these crispy beet chips, healthy, homemade, full of flavor, and super quick to make.

    Ingredients

    • 4 medium fresh beetroot thinly sliced
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
    • ½ tsp kosher salt

    Instructions

    • 1. Use a mandoline or knife to thinly slice beets.
    • 2. Drizzle with oil & season.
    • 3. Arrange beet slices in a single layer.
    • 4. Set Airfryer to 325°F & cook for 12 - 15 minutes, until crisp.
    • 5. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
    • Tip: For best results, work in 2 batches. The second batch may cook quicker than the first batch since the Airfryer is preheated!
    • This recipe was created using the Philips Airfryer XXL (HD9630). If making in another version of the Philips Airfryer, use half of the ingredients or cook multiple batches.

    Ingredients:

    1 cup Regular Mayonnaise

    1½ tbsp Fresh Tarragon, leaves removed, minced

    1½ tsp Chili Powder

     

    Directions:

    Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & mix well.

    1½ cups Sour Cream

    2½ tbsp Prepared Horseradish

    1 whole Fresh Lemon

    ½ tsp Kosher Salt

     

    Directions:

    Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & mix well.

    Mexican Ketchup Relish

     

    Ingredients:

    1 cup Tomato Ketchup

    ½ cup Sweet Relish

    1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

    1½ tsp Cumin Ground

    ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves

    2 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard

     

    Directions:

    Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & mix well.

    Sweet & Sour Sauce

     

    Ingredients:

    2 whole Red Roasted Bell Pepper, jarred or homemade

    2 cloves White Garlic Clove

    ½ cup Slivered Almonds, preferably toasted

    2 tbsp Sherry Vinegar

    2 tsp Smoked Paprika

    2 tbsp Canned Tomato Paste without salt

    1 tsp Kosher Salt

    1 pinch Crushed Red Pepper

    ¼ cup Olive Oil

     

    Directions:

    1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.

    2. Blend/pulse a few times until combined. Season to taste.

    Yogurt Dip

     

    Ingredients:

    2 tbsp Granulated Sugar

    2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

    ½ cup Tomato Ketchup

    1 tbsp Soy Sauce

    1 tsp Ground Garlic

     

    Directions:

    Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & mix well

    Romesco Sauce

     

    Ingredients:

    1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

    3 tbsp Fresh Chives Minced

    3 tbsp Fresh Italian Parsley Chopped

    1 pinch Kosher Salt

    1 pinch Black Ground Peppercorn

     

    Directions:

    Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & mix well.
