The default measurement units you see in the Philips Healthsuite health app are determined by the region you have set on your smartphone.

To change between imperial (lbs / feet) and metric (kgs /m) on your smartphone, go to your phone's settings. There you can change to a region that uses the units of measurement you want to see.
