Which phones and systems are compatible with the Philips Skincare App?
The Philips Skincare App is supported by the following devices: iPhone 5 or higher. The device has to run on iOS 9.0 or higher.
Please note that the Philips Skincare App is not yet supported by Android System.
Do I need to buy additional Philips products when I receive the Skincare report?
No, you do not. With the Skincare Assessment, we strive to give you an objective, independent understanding of your skin. Although Philips makes a range of skincare devices, the report is not focused on recommending these and you do not have to buy these devices after receiving the report.
What do I do after the assessment is completed and I have received my report?
The assessment can be retaken as often as you want, with the changing of the seasons for instance.
What does the measurement device measure?
The moisture measurement device measures the hydration levels of your skin. In the assessment we ask you to measure daily, every morning and evening, over the course of the 2 day assessment.
What can I do with my Philips Skincare Report?
In the Philips Skincare Report you receive insights on your facial skin status. The report shows you information on your moisture level, water/oil balance, concerns, your routine and aspects of your lifestyle and how they can influence your skin health.
