Reduce the light level
Everyone has different sensitivity to light. If you are a light sleeper, you may wake up earlier with the slightest brightness or noise. In this case, we advise you to adjust the settings of your wake-up light to reduce its brightness level.
Change the position of the light
You can also try placing your wake-up light a little bit further from your bed, but still in arm's length. If your wake-up light is directly facing you, then try adjusting its position, so that the light does not directly come on your face, but rather spreads in the room.
