Cannot connect my Philips Jukebox with my PC

For computer running on Windows 98 SE or ME, the COM library files for USB connection of your operating system may have not been registered during the initial installation of the operating system.

To register the COM library files:

1. Go to My Computer.
2. Go to the Program Files/Philips/Philips GoGear HDD folder.
3. Double click on the RUN.bat file.
4. Once that is installed go to the Program Files/Philips/HDD folder.
5. Double click on the RUN.bat file.

The USB driver should now be registered in Windows.

If you are not able to locate the RUN.bat file, please contact Microsoft technical helpdesk for assistance.
