I get apple puree from my Philips masticating juicer

When you get apple puree instead of apple juice from your juicer, there could be several causes. Learn more here.

The apples used are not juicy enough: Please, try to use a different sort of apple that is more juicy.
The sort of apples you use will affect the type of juice your juicer produces.
The apples have been stored too long: Long storage can cause that some fruits (such as apples) get mealy over time and this will affect the type of juice your juicer produces. Please use fresh apples instead.
