This device has been problematic since I bought it.
1. Songs load in alphabetical order automatically--not album order. The only way to prevent this is to rename all tracks so they will go on the device in album order (even a customer service rep told me this.) Therefore every time I want to add something, it takes approximately FOREVER.
2. The device has reformatted itself three times. As in, DUMPED ALL DATA, for no apparent reason. POOF!
3. It somehow corrupted several files and will not allow them to be deleted. No matter what.
3. It currently has less that 3 GBs of data onboard, and it thinks it's full. So...NO photos. NO videos. A couple of average-sized audiobooks, and that's it.
I'm going to buy a new device and then take HUGE PLEASURE in gringing this one under the wheels of my car.

Rated 4 out of 5 by andrew2uall the order of downloaded music is wrong.
First off the product is amazing, but the fact that it came with no user manual forcing me to learn to use it by trial and error was very upsetting. There are things I may never know about the product. Also the fact that when an album is loaded onto the device the songs become automatically arranged by alphabetical order (as in song title) this is upsetting.

Rated 3 out of 5 by CaptKirk Good overall product, but has a few problems.
I have been pleased with the overall performance, but I have had problems transferring music to it. Started transferring selections, and it was doing it well. But then it just stopped, and it was not even close to being full. Admittedly, I have not yet used it enough to work through some of the difficulties I've had, but the transfer problem was annoying. I had about 2 megs of music selected, so maybe there is a problem there. As I said, I have not been able to spend more time with it to test is out more thoroughly, just listening to what I did get transferred. I have only played a little with the photo and movie portions, but satisfied with them so far.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Ladyhawk009 it is Very Easy to use
I use 2 different MP3 players, the phillips Aria and the msn Zune.
The Phillips is a lot easier to use and you can turn it off and then come back to the same song as when you turned off. Not with the Zune, Zune holds more but I like the phillips better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BamBam My first time
This is the first electronics purchase of this type. I own a CD player that I used religiously at work. It was a real pain because I had to keep removing my ear plugs everytime I got up from my desk, which was all day. With my Philips MP3 player, I have full mobility, it is light, the sound is great, the ear plugs feel good, and I can even watch some of my favorite Twilight movies at lunch time. I love this thing man. Also I have videos of my children with me all the time.
