    Ingredients

    • 300 g carrots
    • 1 grapefruit
    • 1 orange
    • ½ lemon
    • slice of ginger

    Instructions

    • Juice a very thin slice of ginger (washed, unpeeled) in the juicer with 300 g of carrot (washed, unpeeled), the ginger should go in first.
    • Next juice 1 grapefruit (peeled), 1 orange (peeled) and ½ lemon (peeled).
    • Stir and serve immediately.
