As well as frying, baking and roasting, your Airfryer also allows you to broil meat, fish or vegetables. Ideal if the weather isn't so great or you don't have access to a barbecue. Vary the types of meat, fish or vegetables and compile your own barbecue!
Ingredients
- 2 barbecue sausages
- 2 belly pork bacon slices
- 2 spare ribs
- 2 shasliks
- 1 mealy potato
- 1 corn on the cob
- Salt and pepper
- Barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Place the potato in the Airfryer and bake until half-done, for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Then add the meat and corn on the cob. In this recipe, I use two belly pork bacon slices, two sausages, two spareribs and two shasliks. Grill together for 12 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve with a fresh salad.
