Ingredients
1 dried pollock (about 150 g)
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ tablespoon sesame oil
1 ½ teaspoon sesame seeds
½ teaspoon soy sauce
Instructions
Using scissors, remove the head, tail and fins. Cut the fish into 5-cm long pieces and put these in the blender. Blend until the fish breaks up into flakes. Add the salt, sesame oil, sesame seeds and sugar and use the Pulse button to mix.
Then, divide the seasoned pollock into 3 bowls. One bowl will be for just the yellow-coloured fish. Add the ground red pepper to the second bowl and mix thoroughly, which will produce a light red mixture.
Add the soya sauce to the third bowl and mix thoroughly, which will produce a light brown mixture. Making sure your hands are wet, shape the fish into balls and serve.
