Find out how to prepare Mushroom soup
Ingredients
- 500 ml water
- 1 garlic clove
- 250 ml cream
- 250 g chestnut mushrooms
- 1 small potato, peeled
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- Pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in the SoupMaker and choose setting
- 1. When the SoupMaker is finished it will give a signal and keep the soup warm for another 20 minutes. Garnish the soup with some freshly cut herbs or some pan-tossed pancetta and mushrooms.
