My Wake-up Light does not respond

If your Philips Wake-up Light does not respond when you try to set different functions, try unplugging it and then plug it back in again.

Incompatible software

Make sure that you have installed the latest
version of the Philips Wake-up Light App, version 1.0.11.

Wrong adapter

If you use an adapter to make Philips Wake-up Light work on your iPhone5 or iPod Touch 5, make sure that you use the official Apple 30-9 pin connector, which is available through Apple. Using an unofficial Apple adapter will allow you to charge, but you won't be able to set any functions.
