How to use the Philips splitter?

The purpose of a 4-way splitter is to gain the ability to send a single incoming antenna or cable feed to more than one component. This is especially handy if you are trying to connect both a DVD recorder and VCR (or two VCRs) to your incoming antenna/cable feed so that they can be operated independently. It can also be used to send up to a maximum of four cable feeds to TVs in different rooms.
