How to switch off the progressive scan on my Philips player?

On your TV, switch off progressive scan mode or switch on interlaced mode. See your TV user manual for more information.
On your player, press OPEN/CLOSE or EJECT to open the disc tray.
On the remote control, press and hold number 1 for a few seconds.
The TV screen goes blue and progressive scan is switched off.
