No. You do not need special wearables for your baby, for example, special vests with patterns or smart sheets, for SenseIQ to work. SenseIQ uses advanced video tracking to analyze your baby's tiny up-and-down chest motions and detect the breathing rate. Along with sensing your baby's body movements, SenseIQ can then read your baby's sleep stage.
However, it is recommended you use baby clothes and bedding with high contrasts or patterns to make sensing and tracking easier.
