Each side features a full set of 3 filters (6 in total): a pre-filter for large particles, an active carbon filter for harmful gases and odors (VOCs)**, and a True Hepa Filter that captures up to 99.97% of particles as small as .3 microns, the same size as most common allergens such as pollen, dust mites, pet dander, and mold.
