Have a rechargable sonicare but the battery toothbrush is much more convenient.

This toothbrush is my "take with" model when I travel. Don't need to worry about finding a plug or if the electricity is the right voltage. This toothbrush uses batteries and works just like his brothers. Mine came in a soft case that is easy to pack and also holds toothpaste and floss. Love it!

This toothbrush was recommended by my dentist, and now that I have used it I would never go back to a manual brush again. It felt strange for the first few days, but my teeth feel so much cleaner for the same amount of time spent brushing. I prefer the battery operated version because I don't like having the charger plugged in on my bathroom sink, and also I like to take it when I travel. Although the initial price is not high you should be aware that replacement heads get expensive. I replace them every 3 to 6 mos. You really do need to take off the heads as recommended and clean under them every once in a while or it gets pretty gross. My only complaint with this toothbrush is that sometimes (very occasionally) it will stop running. Even though I put in a new battery, it is dead. Then after a few days it runs again. I think water gets in and shorts it out. Then dries. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. I always try to remember to wipe it dry after I use it.

I received as a gift and have enjoyed using it. I would recommend it to family and friends. The smart timer indicator for 2 minute brushing time was a cool feature.

Go for one that is rechargeable. The batteries seem to always need replacing. Otherwise I would love this toothbrush. It gets my teeth very clean. Add some baking soda when they feel rough and wow. The dentist offered this one but not the rechargeable version.

This is the third one I have broughten thinking maybe the third time is the charm, no way. I always have problems with the unit not working, then need to clean every few days with alcohol and put in new batteries. Also, the design is a little to thick for a smaller hand. At first I thought it would be practical because it had a battery, but it's really inconvenient. Will not be buying a 3rd. I also bought a more expensive one, the Go Care with the disinfective unit. The toothbrush when using keeps coming out of the unit, it won't stay in. I guess your products and me don't do well.

I have been using the unit for about 2 -3 years. About a month ago it started to short out -- no power at all. After charging for about 24 hours it became charged again. About a week ago it shorted out again, but now I cannot restore the power. That's a bum rapp!
