Great brush but kind hard for elders with trouble holding

I received this as a gift for my birthday. And I really love it. It’s very powerful and with the smaller head it can reach the back of my mouth (molars) with ease. I like that it has a cover for the toothbrush too. I just wish they included a second head.

I've used my kid-sized Sonicare for 6 yrs and forgot to bring it to my son's so went out and got another one. This time, the best deal was an adult size. I love it! Nice design improvements. I may, in fact, go get a 3rd one and put the kid-sized one in the linen closet for emergencies. The new design is very cool so will use it in both places I stay. I can't say enough good about it. (I've tried other brands rcently and disliked them). There is nothing like Sonicare!

I am sharing this review as part of the Holiday Sweepstakes, I have used this series for several years and this is my 4th purchase. My only complaint is after a couple of years they don't charge right.

Just purchased this on 8-14-2020 at Walgreen's, so far I love this, cleans really well. Easy to use.

I love the brushing action and quiet operation however it stopped charging after only one month of use. Also, there are a couple annoying design flaws: 1. The handle needs more grip pads/strips. It is awkward to hang on to while moving it around the mouth. 2. Needs better seals between brushhead and base. Water (ok, gunk) gets into the base everytime you brush. It is a nuisance to have to dismantle, clean, and dry all parts after each use.

The only reason I bought a THIRD one is because I just bought new brushes. I just threw out my two older ones because they won’t charge two different chargers and neither one would charge. My first sonicare from dentist held the charge for weeks your quality really went didn’t hill and I doubt I will purchase again.

I recd as a gift for Christmas - replaced a waterpik elec toothbrush had for 8 years. This sonicare one is a cheap model - don't like the replacement brush deal- cannot just remove brush- hv to replace the whole part - too expensive . Will look online for cheap alternatives for the brush replacement.

I CALLED AGAIN THEY SAID THAT IS HOW PHILLIPS WORK SENDING OUT HALF OF PRODUCT. SO SHOULD I HAVE PAID HALF THE AMOUNT TO RECEIVE THE WHOLE PRODUCT? THE NERVE OF THESE PEOPLE THINKING IT IS OKAY TO TREAT ME WITH SUCH IGNORANCE. ALSO, PRINTING I AM BLIND OUT OF SPITE! IF YOU WANT GREAT REVIEW TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT.
