    How to check the firmware version of my Philips DVDR?

    To check the firmware version:

    1. Press setup on the remote to bring up the menu.
    2. On the remote press 3 , 2, 1, Select.

    The version is displayed on the screen:

    PS3455H_37_R19.XX

    If the XX is less than 10, please go to the software section of the support page and follow the instructions for updated your firmware.
