WMP does not recognize my Philips GoGear player

You may not have installed the Device Manager that comes with the Philips Service Provider from the supplied CD ROM.

Please either install the Device Manager from the CD ROM or download the Device Manager from the Philips support site under firmware upgrade software and install in your computer by following the instructions in the readme file.
