To receive one (1) entry into the Promotion, during the Promotion Period, sign-up via the sweepstakes landing page on Philips.com using your first name, last name and email address or via Facebook lead ad using your first name, last name, email address. Entrants must use a valid email address and be the active holder of the email address for their entry to be counted. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Philips Personal Health (a division of Philips North America LLC) and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Start/End Dates at 11:59:59pm PST on September 17th, 2020. The winners will be chosen on or around September 24th, 2020. 3. Eligibility. Participation is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older as of date of entry. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. 4. Random Drawing/Odds. Four (4) winners will be selected by random draw from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By entering the Promotion, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. A winner may not get the prize that they indicated they would prefer to win at the time of entering the Promotion. Prize allocation is at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. 5. Prizes Each of the four (4) winners will be allowed to select their prize from one of the five “start fresh” prize packs worth up to $1125. Each winner will only be allowed to select one prize pack. The potential winners will receive an email from a Philips representative stating that they are eligible for a prize in this Sweepstakes and will receive direction to reply to the email with their physical mailing address. The potential winners will be required to respond to the message within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements including completing, signing, and returning (1) a declaration of affidavit of eligibility; and (2) a liability release; collectively “Eligibility Release”. If a potential winner (1) cannot be contacted, (2) fails to complete and respond to the email message within the required time period, (3) fails to complete, sign and return the Eligibility Release, (4) if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (5) if any potential winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Promotion rules and requirements, then such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another selected entrant.
