    • Roast: Preheat your oven to 400°F, before placing your veggie on a baking tray. Season and drizzle your vegetable with oil and place it in the oven for 45 to 55 minutes. 
    • Stir-fry: All you need is a little olive oil! Simply toss the vegetables in the pan over a high heat, for around 2 to 3 minutes.
